Submissions
We welcome submissions for upcoming issues with the following rules:
1. We will only take submissions from photographers. We will not accept submission from models directly since the copyright starts with the photographer.
2. Photographers, we will need to be able to reach out to your model before a set will be approved for publication to verify name, pinup name, model release, social media and to get an optional bio.
3. Sets should be all from one location and one outfit or costume. We are wanting 10 images from the set to publish but have the right to pick from the set what we would like to use. We do like sets that tell stories. Hair and makeup are critical we suggest using a professional stylist. Some pinups can do their own. All submissions must be vintage style or themed to the issue. Halloween for example...witch, vampire, zombie etc., would be appropriate.
4. You need to create an introduction letter to us including Your Name, Studio Name, Phone Number, Business Instagram account name, Model name, Pinup Name, A link to you drop box or delivery method with the images. Make sure we can access the images. Email: pinupsofamerica@gmail.com
5. We will contact you either by email or phone if they will be accepted. If it is your first time we will try the phone first. You will be signing a release to us, and your model will need to sign one as well.
Images must not have been published with any other magazines.
6. You need to live in the USA.
Specifications
before you submit
We are looking for magazine quality images! That means good lighting, composition, styling, proper exposers. Be sure and read the themes section before submitting.

Your images need to be the follow size and resolution:
8.5 inches by 11 inches or 2250 pixels by 3300 pixels
with 300 dpi resolution
Please submit 10 fully retouched jpegs images with RGB color space and 8 bit.
No over retouching but images should be without blemishes.
We may choose to publish none, some or all of them depending on the quality.
If you are a photographer and are not familiar with these specifications, then most likely we are not a good match.

In additional to those specs, we require 80% of your images to be topless (nipple exposed) tasteful pants off images are accepted (no medical exam images) Sheer clothing with the body exposed could be okay too. Models must be at least 18 years old, and we will be asked to provide documentation of this. We will need to contact the model(s).

Up coming themes for submissions
We will be providing a list of upcoming themes. Please remember we are looking for vintage hair, makeup, clothing, and backgrounds. Meaning your model should match the background period and background should match the model. If you have a model in a 1950's dress and put her with a 1970's car that will not be accepted. We reserve the right to determine whether or not they match.
